Cyclone
Aagaard cyclones are expertly designed for the separation of chips, granulate, corn, and similar materials into silos or containers. The process begins with dirty air fed into the cylindrical upper section, which induces rotation. The centrifugal force then pushes the heavier material towards the periphery, where it exits through a bottom hole. Clean air is expelled through a centrally placed outlet pipe at the top.
Efficient seperation slutions with Aagaard cyclones
Aagaard cyclones are designed for optimal separation of materials like chips, granulate, and corn, efficiently directing them into silos or containers. Engineered for industries such as wood, paper, recycling, and grain/feed, these cyclones balance feed rate and energy consumption for superior performance.
Optimized cyclone systems for efficient material separation across industries
The separation efficiency increases with the feed rate but also results in higher pressure loss and energy consumption, necessitating a balanced approach for optimal performance. Aagaard has developed a series of cyclones specifically optimized for filtering light and large quantities of material, making them ideal for industries such as wood, paper, recycling, and grain/feed sectors.
Customizable cyclones for Efficient material separation
Our range of cyclones can be selected based on air flow and typical pressure drops around 1000 Pa, ensuring efficient and effective material separation tailored to your needs.
