Aagaard TPM Control
Aagaard TPM Control is an integral part of Aagaard A/S's TPM Service Concept. It ensures maximum uptime for you and your company while minimizing both energy consumption and operating costs for your production equipment supplied by Aagaard A/S.
Aagaard TPM Control collects and processes all relevant data regarding the maintenance status of the equipment and directly alerts your Service Team at Aagaard A/S if there are any unacceptable deviations.
Aagaard TPM Control is designed as an advanced standalone circuit and does not need to be integrated directly into the existing production circuit. The only requirements for this installation are a 230-volt power supply and internet access, either via Ethernet or SIM card.
Aagaard TPM Control can provide information on the following parameters:
- Temperature
- Operating hours
- Rotation
- Use of sensor/switch
- Movement
- Power consumption
- Pressure
